Bilingual survey seeks public feedback on transportation in Portland’s Central City The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation launched its Central City Multimodal Project today with the publication of an Early Input Survey. The survey, offered in both English and Spanish, asks people about how they travel, where they go, and what challenges they face while getting around in the Central City. Mayor Charlie Hales, Commissioner Steve Novick and PBOT Director Leah Treat will join other members of the Vision Zero Executive Committee to get the latest on Portland’s plan to eliminate deaths and serious injuries on our roads. Reduced Rate Swing Shift Pass for SmartPark Garages to Provide Improved Access for Low-Income Downtown Workers A new Reduced Rate Swing Shift Pass Program for the City of Portland Bureau of Transportation’s SmartPark Garages starts on April 1, 2016.
