We are two days away! We can’t wait to see you there. Please keep in mind the hot forecast for Friday (~90 degrees) and plan accordingly. This means comfortable clothes, water bottles, & sunscreen! You and your group should have a way to quickly find each other once you arrive at The Square as things will move swiftly once each business group has checked in. Consider wearing the same color, using a group text, and/or carpooling.  WHERE: All groups meet at Pioneer Courthouse Square WHEN: Event kick-off is at 11am sharp, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Have your team leader look for the AdoptOneBlock signs where you will find check in tables and get packets with helpful event information to support your group cleanup. DON’T FORGET: to bring your cleanup supplies! Every business group should have their supplies delivered via mail before the event. We will have brief opening remarks at 11am sharp and then you’re off to a fun walk around the city, helping make our community what it can and should be! THIS FRIDAY (9/15) 1. Wear good walking shoes. 2. Bring a water bottle. 3. Plan your team lunch. 4. Bring a positive attitude. 5. Have some fun! This is a kickoff event for all of us to bring a little pride back to our city, with the intention of each business doing trash pickups on their own on a monthly basis after this event. We encourage you to have fun, take photos, bond with your team and witness how easy it is to make a BIG impact in a short amount of time for our city.
