Last year, NWNW contracted Diane L. Odeh as a social equity consultant. Diane attended neighborhood association meetings and formed a taskforce related to promoting social equity within the neighborhoods NWNW represents. This has culminated in the creation of a toolkit aimed at providing capacity to NAs looking to increase social equity in their neighborhoods. This toolkit addresses initial findings that were made through discussions with community members.
