The Portland Winter Ice Rink and Woodsy Winter Village was the dream of Prosper Portland’s Office of Events and Film.
The team at Prosper Portland enlisted local event producer Vida en Color to help the vision come to life and worked closely with an array of city leaders and bureau partners to turn that dream into a real live downtown winter activation.
The rink and village will add to the vibrancy of the Central City during the holiday season and on through January 2024— a time when all Portlanders could use a little positive winter activity (or at least some hot cocoa).
