Public comment on the Residential Infill Project (RIP) will open in December, and we invite you to get final updates on the proposal, ask questions and learn about the history that shaped how Portland is zoned today.
Hear a presentation from RIP Project Manager Morgan Tracy, who will answer your questions covering the process, who this project will impact, how changes in state law affect the proposal and more.
As we look to the future, it’s also important to understand our past. We’ll learn about Portland’s zoning history and how it affects us today from the team behind “Historical Context of Racist Planning,” a Bureau of Planning & Sustainability study.
A Q&A will follow each presentation–an opportunity to discuss your questions directly with City staff.
