With our partners (and landlord) from Coho Productions beginning their expansion and acquisition of our current office space, we’ve been busy hunting for a new home that provides the needed space for our operations.
Through help graciously offered by Jessie Burke and Ashley Butler at the Old Town Community Association, we were able to locate a larger space at a very affordable rate. After a long and tortured process that ran for six months, NWNW is happy to announce that we have signed a lease for a new office space.
Our new space is located in the Bastian building, a vintage building in the heart of the Old Town community. The space is a quite a bit more spacious compared to our present location and features a large common area, several private offices, a kitchen, and plenty of storage, work, or event/meeting space–all within a beautifully maintained building with pieces of history visible at every turn. The location even has a connection to the fabled “Shanghai Tunnels”.
Our new offices will be located at 434 NW 6th Avenue and we’ll likely be starting to move in mid March 2023; Watch this site and our newsletter(s) for more updates!
