Measure 110 Forum

We’re excited to announce that NWNW, in collaboration with our community partners, is hosting another educational forum. This event will delve into the complexities of Measure 110, exploring its positives, challenges, and critical aspects. We’ve assembled a diverse panel of experts, each bringing a unique perspective to the table.

Mark your calendars for December 14th at 3:00 PM, as we convene via Zoom/Webinar for this insightful discussion. To join us, please register for the webinar through this link:

Our panel currently features:

  • State Representative Rob Nosse
  • Monta Knudson, Executive Director, Bridges of Change
  • Paige Richardson from the Fix Ballot Measure 110 Coalition
  • Sgt. Aaron Schmautz, President of the Police Union (PPA)
  • A board member from Oregon Recovers (tentative)

Rob, Monta, and Aaron were part of the recent Portugal delegation, gaining firsthand insights into Portugal’s innovative approach to addiction treatment.

We’re also in talks with Kate Lieber regarding her participation on 12/14. Your assistance in reaching out to encourage her involvement would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, we’re hoping to confirm Julia Miles, Fernando Pena from Northwest Instituto Latino, and Andrew Mendenhall of Central City Concern.

This forum is set to be a dynamic and comprehensive discussion. We encourage you to contribute by sending your questions for our panelists to questions@nwnw.org. Please share this information broadly to ensure a diverse and engaging conversation.

Looking forward to an enlightening session together!

Best Regards,

Neighbors West Northwest
